1. Filing an Intellectual Property Claim

If you believe that your copyrighted work or registered trademark has been used or displayed on our website in a way that constitutes infringement, please submit a written notice to our IP Department at:

To ensure we can review your claim promptly, please include the following information in your notice:

• Your full name and contact information (email, phone, mailing address).
• A detailed description of the intellectual property you claim is being infringed.
• Evidence of ownership (e.g. registration certificate, links, documentation).
• The exact URL(s) on our website where the alleged infringement appears.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
• A declaration under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate.

2. What Happens After You File

Once we receive your complete claim, our team will review the documentation within 3–5 business days. If the claim is valid, we will promptly remove or restrict access to the infringing content and notify the relevant parties. We may also request further clarification or supporting documentation where necessary.

3. Counter Notice Procedure

If the content was removed in error or if the accused party believes they are authorized to use the material, they may submit a counter-notice. Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may reinstate the content unless legal action is pursued by the original claimant within 10 business days.

4. Good Faith and Abuse of Process

Please note that submitting false or misleading claims may result in legal liability. We reserve the right to reject incomplete or bad-faith claims and may take appropriate action to prevent abuse of the IP reporting process.
