Cancellation & Modification

At Bonsai™, we understand that plans change. Whether you need to cancel or modify your order, we aim to provide a flexible and transparent process for doing so. Please review our policy below.

1. Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. Cancellations must be submitted via email to support@bonsai-agent.com with your order number. Once your order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel it.

2. Order Modifications

Changes to shipping address, product quantity, or item selection must also be made within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, we cannot guarantee modifications can be applied before dispatch.

3. Pre-Order or Made-to-Order Products

Orders for pre-order or custom-made products are eligible for modification within the same 12-hour window. After that time, cancellations or changes may not be possible as production may have already begun.

4. Processing Refunds

If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Refunds typically process within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Contacting Support

If you need assistance with canceling or modifying an order, please contact us promptly. Include your order number and the details of your request for faster processing.

6. Exceptions

Bonsai™ reserves the right to refuse cancellation or modification requests that are submitted outside of the eligible time frame, or if the order has already been fulfilled or dispatched.
